1. Who we are

BetMind PRO is an AI-powered football analysis service. This policy explains what data we process and why. The only public contact address is contact@betmind-pro.com.

2. Data we process

Account data (email, authentication details, subscription status), product preferences (language, theme, AI Ticket Generator settings) and technical usage data. We do not track your betting activity at any bookmaker and do not know whether you place any bet.

3. Privacy-first analytics

We use cookieless product analytics. Events are tied to a random, pseudonymous identifier stored in your browser (not a cookie); personal data is stripped before events are stored; and analytics events are retained for 180 days. You can opt out with Reject on the cookie banner, which stops analytics collection.

4. Service providers

We rely on: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (subscription payments — Stripe handles your card details; we never store them), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting and aggregate performance measurement) and Sentry (error diagnostics to keep the app stable). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

5. AI Ticket data

Generated-ticket suggestions may be stored to power performance analytics and product features. They record the analytical selection and its economics — they are not records of bets you placed, because BetMind does not place bets.

6. Data retention

Analytics events are kept for 180 days. Account and subscription data are kept while your account is active; billing records may be kept longer where the law requires. You can request deletion of your account data.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or object to the processing of your data. To exercise them, contact contact@betmind-pro.com. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
