1. About BetMind PRO

BetMind PRO is an independently operated, AI-powered football analysis and decision-support service. For billing or legal enquiries, contact contact@betmind-pro.com — the only official contact address.

2. What the service is — and is not

BetMind PRO provides statistical football predictions, model-confidence signals, real bookmaker odds and performance analytics for informational purposes only. It is not a bookmaker, does not accept or hold wagers or betting balances, and never places bets on your behalf. You alone decide whether, where and how much to bet.

3. AI Ticket Generator

The AI Ticket Generator assembles a generated ticket from criteria you set. A generated ticket is an analytical suggestion, not a placed bet — BetMind does not place it and cannot know whether you place it at a bookmaker.

4. Model confidence and value

Model confidence is a model signal — how strongly the model’s signals agree — not a literal probability that a selection wins. Value (edge) compares the model’s probability with the bookmaker-implied probability (1 ÷ decimal odds). A positive edge does not guarantee that a selection wins or that a ticket is profitable.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

Predictions are probabilistic, statistical outputs. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and no model can guarantee winning bets or profit. Published performance is computed from settled predictions using our public methodology and may change as results settle.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old — or the minimum legal age for gambling in your country if higher — and must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

7. Subscription, trial and billing

BetMind PRO offers a free tier and a Pro subscription at €9.99/month or €99.99/year (about €8.33/month). New accounts include a 7-day Pro trial. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account through the Stripe customer portal; Pro access then continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store your full card details. Where mandatory consumer law grants a statutory right of withdrawal or refund, that right applies.

8. Bookmaker odds

Where shown, bookmaker odds are third-party reference data (Superbet-first, with provenance-aware sourcing). BetMind is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any bookmaker. Odds change and may differ from those available to you when you bet.

9. Acceptable use and intellectual property

The platform, its content and analytics are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, resell or redistribute the predictions or data, or otherwise misuse the service. All rights in the software and content remain with BetMind PRO.

10. Availability, changes and liability

The service is provided “as is”; availability and features may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, BetMind PRO is not liable for financial losses arising from betting decisions you make using the information provided.

11. Governing law and contact
